A health pipeline you didn’t have to build
The stages are already defined, and the follow-up hanging off each one already runs — so where a lead sits, and what happens to them next, stops living in your head.
Bundle Village answers a new health lead in seconds, holds the conversation, and books the appointment against your real calendar — then keeps the relationship warm long after the policy is placed.
Most CRMs hand you an empty database and a tutorial. This one arrives with the pipeline, the campaigns and the automations already in place — set up for how health insurance actually gets sold.
The stages are already defined, and the follow-up hanging off each one already runs — so where a lead sits, and what happens to them next, stops living in your head.
It texts the lead the second they come in, answers the obvious questions, and puts a confirmed appointment on your calendar. You pick it up at the point where it’s worth your time.
Texts, calls and emails in one thread, in the order they actually happened.
Every lead, client and referral tagged by product, stage, source and renewal date.
Post-sale check-ins, renewal reminders and a referral ask that goes out without you.
Grouped, ready to run, and yours to edit. Nothing to write from a blank page.
Which lead source is earning its money, and which stage is quietly costing you.
Open a ticket from inside the system, on the record, without leaving your workspace.
Health leads shop around, and they submit forms at 6:41 on a weeknight — while you’re eating, driving, or on another call. Bundle Village answers in that minute instead of the next morning, so the conversation starts while they’re still thinking about it.
Text, call and email threads sit on the same contact record, in order. Nothing falls between channels, and nobody gets called twice because the last conversation happened somewhere you weren’t looking.
Renewals and referrals leak out in the quiet months, when nobody has a reason to call. Bundle Village keeps the relationship on a schedule — check-ins, coverage reviews, the renewal window — so staying in touch isn’t something you have to remember to do.
Generic sales software assumes a deal that closes once and never comes back. Health insurance isn’t. There’s an enrollment window, a renewal, a plan that changes under the client, and a family that grows.
Bundle Village is shaped around that reality — which is why the pipeline, the campaigns and the retention sequences are already written when you open it, instead of waiting for you to build them on a Sunday.
Here’s exactly what happens between signing up and running your first automated follow-up.
Your workspace is created with the health pipeline, the campaign libraries and the automations already loaded. Nothing to import, nothing to configure before it works.
Short, practical video lessons that walk the system feature by feature, at whatever pace suits you.
A live consultation to point the workspace at how you actually sell — your calendar, your lead sources, your follow-up timing — and to answer whatever the course didn’t.
A single monthly fee for the platform, plus pay-as-you-go usage for the texts, calls and emails you actually send.
Month to month. Cancel from inside the CRM whenever you want.
The subscription covers the platform. What you send on top of it is metered, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one.
US rates, and they can vary by region. Attaching an image makes the message an MMS, which is billed at its own rate rather than as extra segments. Your live rates and running balance are in your workspace under Settings → Billing.
The $97 subscription is fixed. Texts, calls and emails are metered on top of it, so what you pay tracks how much you actually send:

Carriers also charge separately to register your business for business texting, before you can send any. That’s the next question down.
Not straight away, and this is true of every CRM that sends texts — not just this one. US carriers require your business to be registered before it can send business SMS (the A2P 10DLC rules). Registration goes in during onboarding, and the carriers set both the review time and the registration fees. Neither is ours to quote, and both sit outside the $97.
Everything else — the pipeline, the calendars, email, the automations behind them — works while you wait. Worth starting registration on your first day rather than your first busy week.
Yes. Contacts import from a spreadsheet, and you can tag them on the way in — by product, by renewal date, by where they came from — so your book arrives organized rather than as one undifferentiated list. Your lead sources can post new leads in directly too, which is what makes the speed-to-lead texting work.
One thing to get right on the way in: an imported contact is not automatically a contact you have consent to text or email. Which of your existing clients can go into which automated sequences is a call you make, and the setup call is the right place to make it deliberately rather than by accident.
Set up for you. The pipeline, campaign libraries and automations are already built when your workspace is created. You then get an onboarding course that walks the system feature by feature, and a live setup call to configure it around how you sell.
Yes. What ships pre-built is pointed at health, because that’s where the follow-up timing is most punishing. Everything underneath it — pipelines, campaigns, calendars, automations — is yours to duplicate and re-point at whatever else you write, and the setup call is a good place to do exactly that.
No. The parts that would normally require setting up — the pipeline stages, the follow-up sequences, the appointment automations — are already built and running. Day to day you’re answering conversations and taking appointments, not wiring workflows.
It’s month to month. You can cancel anytime, and the request goes in from inside the CRM under Settings → Billing. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged for the month after it.
Open a support ticket from inside the system. It goes in with your account context attached, so whoever picks it up can already see how your workspace is set up.
